It offers features such as automatic customer tracking, targeted messaging through various channels like SMS and WhatsApp, and real-time analytics to understand customer behaviors and preferences. This enables vendors to engage with their customers more personally and increase sales.
Buyam is a hyper-local e-commerce platform based in Cameroon, designed to replicate the in-person shopping experience by allowing users to search for products, find nearby stores, and negotiate prices directly with vendors. The platform aims to digitize commerce in Africa, providing tools for vendors to manage their businesses online.
