Buyam CRM is a customer relationship management tool integrated into the Buyam platform, designed to help vendors in Africa, particularly in Cameroon, manage and grow their customer base effectively. It offers features such as automatic customer tracking, targeted messaging through various channels like SMS and WhatsApp, and real-time analytics to understand customer behaviors and preferences. This enables vendors to engage with their customers more personally and increase sales. Buyam is a hyper-local e-commerce platform based in Cameroon, designed to replicate the in-person shopping experience by allowing users to search for products, find nearby stores, and negotiate prices directly with vendors. The platform aims to digitize commerce in Africa, providing tools for vendors to manage their businesses online.  This project was a collaborative effort to showcase how Buyam CRM empowers vendors to understand and engage with their customers more effectively, ultimately driving sales and business growth.
