Afriluxe Cuisine is a premium African culinary brand focused on delivering refined dining experiences through curated meals, food delivery, and modern African cuisine. The goal of the project was to create a visual identity that felt elegant, memorable, and culturally grounded while maintaining a modern luxury appeal.
Design Approach
The logo exploration focused on balancing African culinary heritage with contemporary refinement. Multiple directions were explored, including monogram concepts, abstract geometric symbols, and experience-driven marks inspired by plates, smoke, and simmering pots. The final concepts emphasized simplicity, scalability, and strong visual recognition while ensuring the identity could adapt seamlessly across packaging, digital platforms, delivery branding, and restaurant applications.
Special attention was given to creating symbols that felt premium and timeless without relying on overly literal food illustrations or traditional motifs. Clean geometry, controlled curves, and minimal line work were used to communicate warmth, sophistication, and the emotional experience of dining.
Outcome
The result was a collection of refined logo concepts that positioned Afriluxe Cuisine as a modern and elevated culinary brand. Each direction was designed to be versatile, scalable, and instantly recognizable, helping the brand establish a strong visual presence across both physical and digital touchpoints.
